Spring Exercise
Exploring Christchurch and Surrounds

Chiropractic has always aimed to improve joint mobility, especially the spine, thereby improving nerve flow around the body. And while we have many stretches and exercises to help you move, walking outdoors is often the best exercise and even more so with varied terrain. Here are a few of our favourite walks in and around Christchurch perfect for clear spring weather.
